At large meets, it is important that the meet director communicate who is allowed to protest results, when protests are allowed, and how they are made. There will inevitably be disagreements, and there must be a process that resolves these disagreements fairly. AthleticLIVE can help make the protest process more transparent by showing whether a result is unofficial or official, the time left in a protest period, and whether or not an event's results are under protest.

Estimating Text Message Pricing for Enterprise Customers
One of AthleticLIVE's most popular features is allowing spectators to register for text messages whenever a new athlete, event, or team gets a new result. Learn how to estimate your potential text message spend in this article.
Link your Athletic.net and AthleticLIVE meets

Exclude Teams from XC Scoreboards and Final Results
The cross country live scoreboard scores all athletes from all teams regardless of whether a team is incomplete. This provides a better live experience as you can see team point values as athletes cross the line, sorted by number of scorers then number of points. If you know before the race that certain teams will have less than 5 runners, you can exclude them from scoring by following the instructions in this article.
Show PRs and SRs on Live Results
On meet day, we will gather a list of Personal Records and Season Records from the Athletic.net database. On results, we will indicate if an athlete beats their PR/SR or a team beats their SR.
Set Split Names
It's always nicer to see split names (e.g. 2k, 4k, 6k) instead of split numbers (e.g. 1, 2, 3). Follow these instructions to show split names on the cross country live scoreboard and split spreadsheets
Show Live Qualifiers on the Live Scoreboard
Show viewers up-to-the-second qualifiers and the bubble time (the time an athlete must run to qualify) when you create results from FinishLynx or your meet management system. Qualifiers update with every result.

Allow other people/entities such as school sports accounts, athletic directors, or media members to auto-tweet results when you post them.
