Why am I only seeing X people at a time instead of everyone in the current heat?

Edit your results scoreboard settings and uncheck Paging.

Why doesn't my running time doesn't reset when I go to a new event?

1. Edit your running time board.
2. Find the Running Time section and click the arrow next to Options.
3. Make sure "Send Results if Armed" is unchecked.

Issues when sending data through AthleticLIVE Local

1. Make sure you are on the latest version of ALive Local (>= 3.6.4). It contains improvements to the connection process. Get the download link from our Downloads page.
2. Have you tried opening a new event or hitting Alt+E? If the live scoreboard doesn't appear by the third event, there is something wrong.
3. If AthleticLIVE Local and Lynx are on different computers:
   1. Are the boards pointing to the correct local static IP address of the computer running AthleticLIVE Local?
   2. Can you ping that IP from your FinishLynx computer?
4. If Local and Lynx are on the same computer, make sure the IP is 127.0.0.1 for both boards.
5. Are firewalls on? Windows often reenables them. Or if you want to keep firewalls on, make sure ports 3150 and 5320 are open and allowed on both computers.
6. Are you on a college/facility network? They often block these scoreboards. Try a hotspot.
7. Try opening a couple actual events, not event 0. Sometimes the first event doesn't show.
8. Make sure Show Time of Day is off when you are opening your first event.

When sending scoreboard data directly to AthleticLIVE via 45.55.102.238

1. Your FinishLynx computer must be on the internet. Make sure you have a good connection.
2. Are you on a college/facility network? They often block these scoreboards. Try a hotspot.
3. Have you tried opening a new event or hitting Alt+E? If the live scoreboard doesn't appear by the third event, there is something wrong.
4. Try opening a couple actual events, not event 0. Sometimes the first event doesn't show. Make sure Show Time of Day is off.
5. Make sure Show Time of Day is off when you are opening your first event.
