Finding your Nike Outdoor Nationals competition video, photos and All American certificate
AFTER THE MEET - Tips to find your video and photos:
Please keep in mind competition videos, photos and All American certificates are only accessible to athletes themselves. Coaches do not have access to download NON athlete media.
There are two ways to access your media:
- If you followed these instructions before the meet, logged into AthleticAPP, and followed the meet:
- You will find a notification for each event you participated in when you log into AthleticAPP. Navigate to your notifications by tapping on the bell icon at the bottom of the app screen.
- Tapping a video notification will send you to your event in AthleticLIVE where you will have the opportunity to view and download your videos and photos. Make sure you are logged in for full access as athletes will have access to only their own media.
- Tapping an All American certificate notification in AthleticAPP will take you to your certificate and you may choose how to save it. Keep in mind All American status is reserved for the top 8 athletes or relay teams in Championship events only. Make sure you are logged in for full access.
- You will find a notification for each event you participated in when you log into AthleticAPP. Navigate to your notifications by tapping on the bell icon at the bottom of the app screen.
- If you did not download and log into AthleticAPP prior to your event and you are trying to find your media after your event:
- Navigate to the Nike Outdoor Nationals live results on AthleticLIVE, make sure you are logged into your AthleticNET account, and find your event.
- Competition Videos: Tap on the video icon next to your result to view or download.
- Photos: Tap the Photos button at the top of the event.
- NSAF All American certificate (top 8 in a Championship event): Make sure you have followed these instructions and then look for a notification in AthleticAPP. You will only have the option to download your certificate through an AthleticAPP notification.
- Navigate to the Nike Outdoor Nationals live results on AthleticLIVE, make sure you are logged into your AthleticNET account, and find your event.
If you are unable to view or download your video, photos or certificate, you are not logged in with the correct account or your coach did not register you for the event using a bio linked to your AthleticNET account. You may follow the instructions below to create an account and/or merge duplicate bios so you are linked to your result.
Create an AthleticNET account:
- Create an AthleticNET account on the app or on your computer. During this process you will claim your bio.
- If you did not register yourself or you are registered with a second account, please Merge Your Duplicate Bios so that your account is linked to the meet results.
Be sure to Add Your Photo to Your Profile so everyone will see your image next to your results. This is a great recruiting tool!
Only athletes and their parent managers will have access to view and download their videos and photos. Certificates are available only to the athletes themselves. Coaches will not have access.
