AthleticSB - Display Settings

Introduction

AthleticSB boards can appear as a draggable browser window or as a window with a defined space and position.

Browser windows are great if you want to maximize the scoreboard and mirror/extend your display to an external board.

Using a window with a defined space and position is perfect if you need a specific size and if you are using something like a Nova controller to show a specific part of your screen on the board.

Form Options

Name: Internal name of your scoreboard

Variable Size? Checking this box allows your board to act like a browser window. You can resize, maximize, and move to any position you like.

If you uncheck this box, the board will display in a Fixed Position using the Width, Height, X, and Y settings.

Always On Top? Check this box to ensure the board always appears in front of any other window. (Caution: Alt+F4 to close window if unresponsive)

Width: The width of the scoreboard in pixels.

Height: The height of the scoreboard in pixels.

X: Horizontal starting position of window. Default is 0 for top left of main window. If you're using multiple displays, this could be a negative number

Y: Vertical starting position of window. Default is 0 for top left of main window. If you're using multiple displays, this could be a negative number

Padding Left/Padding Right: Use these as a last resort if there is no other way to get pixel-perfect horizontal alignment

Base Font Size: As you increase and decrease the size of your board, you may need to change the font size. If you have a board open, that board's font size will change as you update the field.

Base Font: Choose from a few different fonts. Contact us if you want another font.

Base Font Weight: If the font supports Normal and Bold weights, switch between the two.

Display Bottom Logo Bar: Display the AthleticLIVE logo and your logo underneath the board.

Timer or Meet Logo: Select a logo to appear in the bottom right of the scoreboard. Horizontal logos work best.

Style Overrides

Style overrides can be used to optimize the blank space. Once you have your main settings in, try tweaking the override font sizes and colors to your liking.
