Upload Events from Race Director
Uploading a list of events to AthleticLIVE from your meet management software is a requirement for several functions to work. It is good practice to do so as a part of your setup for every meet. This article will walk you through uploading an event list from The Race Director for an XC meet.
From within The Race Director, select Tailor Divisions from the menu bar.
From the Division Setup screen, select List Divisions.
On the following screen, select File and then click Generate Report.
You'll be prompted to save the file. Enter events.txt as the file name, and then click Save.
On the AthleticLIVE Meet Administration Portal, select Upload Events.
On the following page, select Choose File, and select the file you just saved. Your events will be visible on AthleticLIVE shortly thereafter.
- Go to the AthleticLIVE Meet Administration Portal and select Manage Events.
- Click Delete next to the event in question
- Click Confirm Delete on the subsequent page.
