Send General Meet Notifications

Let your parents, athletes, and coaches subscribe to notifications about important meet events. This is useful if there's weather, a cancellation, or if you want to broadcast a record or DQ.

Prerequisites

Enabling Meet Notifications

1. Login to https://admin.athletic.live.
2. Go to your Meet Detail page.
3. Click the "Messaging" button.
4. Under "Meet Notices", check "Catch-all for meet information" and click "Save". This adds a "Meet" tab to the notifications page where people can sign up for Meet Notifications.

Create a Meet Notifications

1. On the left side of the page under "Latest Updates", click the blue "Add New Update" button.
2. Enter a subject and a message.
3. Check the "Send to meet notification subscribers" checkbox.
4. Click "Save Message".

Sign up for Meet Notifications

1. Go to the meet homepage. Click on "Notifications".
2. Click on the "Meet" tab.
3. Click on "Meet Notifications" and choose your desired notification method.
