HyTek FTP Retirement Notice
Starting August 31, 2027, the only way to upload from HyTek to AthleticLIVE will be via the HyTek Database Connection. We will retire the ability to upload HyTek FTP files.
As a result of this retirement, no new customers can upload to AthleticLIVE using HyTek FTP. Existing customers will be able to upload via HyTek FTP until August 31, 2027.
Recommended Action
Before your season starts, read through the HyTek Database Connection support document. Transition from FTP to the Database Connection early so you can take advantage of upgraded features now. The Database Connection is much easier as it syncs your database in the background. No more manual team uploads, roster uploads, or pressing F12 after every event. Click here to learn more.
